1. Who can use Zola

You must be at least 21 years old, single (or otherwise free to date), and legally able to enter a contract. By creating an account you confirm all of these are true.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens under it. Use a real first name, a recent photo of yourself, and accurate information. One account per person.

3. Community standards

Treat every member with respect. No harassment, hate speech, nudity, solicitation, spam, scams, impersonation, or content involving minors. Zola may suspend or remove any account that violates these standards, at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Zola Premium and any other paid features renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; refunds are handled case-by-case.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of your photos, video intros, and messages. You grant Zola a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the service.

6. AI features

Coach Zola and Practice conversations use AI models. AI suggestions are guidance, not advice. Do not share content with the AI that you would not want stored for safety review.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing infoatzola@gmail.com from your registered address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a risk to other members.

8. Disclaimers

Zola is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or the conduct of any member. You meet other members at your own risk; please read our safety guide.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zola's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of Zola after changes means you accept the new terms.
